With over 30 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, Sreedhar founded Sri Constructions with a vision to deliver quality homes and build lasting relationships with land owners and buyers. His leadership has established Sri Constructions as a trusted name in Visakhapatnam and beyond.
Under his guidance, Sri Constructions specializes in the development model—partnering with land owners to build G+5 residential and commercial projects, with profits shared transparently on a 50-50 basis.

Sri Constructions partners with land owners for development: we take land on development terms, build G+5 residential or commercial buildings, sell the units, and typically split the profit 50-50 with the owner. We also undertake direct commercial building projects. Transparent, ethical, and built on trust.
